• Minimum number of nights may be required during peak times/holidays/weekends.
• A deposit of $ 250.00 per unit is required on all reservations.
• Deposits are non refundable . Deposits will be credit towards your new reservation dates of your choice subject to availability .
•All online second party reservations are non refundable .

• There will be absolutely no refunds due to inclement weather.
• Balance is due on arrival.
• All Daily rates based on occupancy (2 or 4 persons in a unit). Each additional person is $30.00 per day, where applicable. Maximum per any accommodation is 4 people .
• Each Reservation (per room) must be made by the expected occupants. Multiple Room reservations will not be accepted. Third party reservations NOT accepted
• Early reservations will be a determining factor in establishing priorities.
• Preferences will be given full consideration, with every effort made to honor them as closely as possible.
• No Pets.
• The Long Beach Motor Inn maintains a 100% smoke free facility. Smoking vaping is prohibited in all guest rooms and on all exterior grounds on the LBMI property. No Exceptions! There will be a $300.00 fee assessed to your bill for any violation of the non-smoking status policy to cover the substantial costs we incur to deep clean and detoxify the guestroom’s and its furnishings we be charged to the guest credit card !
• The Long Beach Motor Inn facilities are for use of registered guests only. Friends or family of guests visiting must sign in at the office.
Long Beach Motor Inn is NOT responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money jewelry or valuables of any kind !
• There is a $ 30.00 per person charge imposed for the use of our facilities. No visitors may stay beyond 6:00PM.
************PARKING************
• Each unit is assigned 1 parking space. Extra parking space is an additional $30.00 per day.
• Beach Parking $20.00 to $ 40.00 per day. subject to availability Terminates at 5pm daily .
• Overnight parking $30.00 to $ 40.00 subject to availability. All vehicles must be gone by 10:00 am .
• Unauthorized cars will be TOWED away at the owner’s expense.

• Check in time is 3:00 PM
• Check out time is 10:00 AM . Damaged / Broken /Lost / room key guest will be charged for financial monetary charges . All Keys must be dropped off at the office . Failure to return room keys will subject any & all guest to financial charges incurred . All / any guest who damages hotel properties will be charged on there credit cards .
• We will hold all reservations until 5:00 PM unless otherwise notified.
• Daily maid service remains suspended . Guests are requested to close/turn off all electronic appliances before leaving your accommodations .
• Beach & pool towels are not provided.
• Gift Certificates are available at the LBMI office.
• No Firearms permitted. .
