The Long Beach Motor Inn is offering our “Create your vacation week 2026 !

Any vacation for your week can be created by yourself from whatever day you want to check in to whatever day you want to check out for a period of 7 consecutive days, or longer. We are pleased to announce and put aside fourteen (28 total) 1st floor accommodations poolside # 10-17, & # 2-8   second second floor accommodations # 19- 25 &  # 27-33

Maximum 2 per room only ( subjected to availability ) .The Normal rate is  $ 300.00, . However, during this promotion, in 2026, the cost per night will be only $210.00  . Does not include beach corners accommodations . No extra charges for families with children up to maximum 4 per unit in room section 10-17 ONLY subject to availability .

We are certain our 7 day rate, or longer, will be lower than any accommodations in our vacationing area during this time period .

Many of our inquiries always ask us, ”What is an efficiency ?” So let me explain:

When you go on vacation there first concern is cost. How much will that hotel bill cost us? What most people forget is their three meals a day can easily be more expensive than your 1 night lodging tariff. By looking to rent an efficiency, your room comes with the necessary appliances to keep you from needing to go to restaurants !

~ Other benefits are saving gas by not having to drive to restaurants , more time to relax and enjoy , and with the ocean in front of us you can beach, swim, dine all day with out every having to go into your car!

~ All our 28 rooms have kitchens  come with two full beds . Dishes are supplied on stays of 7 nights or longer. Every kitchen has a two stove burner, microwave oven, refrigerator, cooking exhaust fan, ceiling fan, kitchen table with three chairs.

~ All 28 rooms have spacious private bathrooms, with shower and bathtub. equipped with grab bars

~ All 28 rooms have two full beds, wall to wall carpeting, 52 inch 5 blade & 42 inch 4 blade paddle fan, air conditioning, individual  controlled electric heat, LCD TV sets, extended remote controlled Over the air TV service , Fidium Wi-Fi , with our exclusive closed circuit & specialty channels.

~ We do not have queen or king beds.

~ Our complete facility is an exclusive 100% non smoking establishment! Smoking vaping is not permitted or acceptable in rooms or on any of the out door grounds! It is not tolerated what so ever! ! State Law . (22 M.R.S.A. & 1580-A).

~ Our grounds are complemented by our new Solar swimming pool , three gazebos , swings, fireplace & Hibachi, shuffleboard, badminton, tetherball court , spaciously splashed with our yearly 9000 annual begonias.

~ Every room receives one designated numeric parking location which belongs solely to the guest during their stay . Extra car charges will be applied at $ 40.00 daily

* Any combination of 7 days or more in succession accepted .

* Restricted to the registered guest of the Long Beach Motor Inn. Visitors not permitted.

* All reservations are non transferable.

• Third Party reservations are not accepted !
