LONG BEACH MOTOR INN POLICIES

• Rates do not include Maine State Lodging Tax 9 percent (effective Jan. 1, 2016).
• Rates are Subject to Change.
• All Transactions are payable in U.S. Funds.
• No personal checks. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Traveler Checks, and Cash.
• Minimum number of nights may be required during peak times/holidays/weekends.
• A deposit of $ 250.00 per unit is required on all reservations.
• Deposit is refundable provided written cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.
•Deposit is refundable, less cancellation fee of $100.00, provided written cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.
• Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation notice is received less than 30 days of arrival or after arrival as subject to re-rental of your accommodations.
• If departure is previous to the length of time reserved , the regular rate will be charged for the balance of the reservation period, unless re-rented.
• There will be absolutely no refunds due to inclement weather.
• Balance is due on arrival.
• All Daily rates based on occupancy (2 or 4 persons in a unit). Each additional person is $25.00 per day, where applicable. Crib or extra bed is $25.00 per day.
• Each Reservation (per room) must be made by the expected occupants. Multiple Room reservations will not be accepted.
• Early reservations will be a determining factor in establishing priorities.
• Preferences will be given full consideration, with every effort made to honor them as closely as possible.
• No Pets.
• The Long Beach Motor Inn maintains a 100% smoke free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and on all exterior grounds on the LBMI property. No Exceptions! There will be a $300.00 fee assessed to your bill for any violation of the non-smoking status policy to cover the substantial costs we incur to deep clean and detoxify the guestroom and its furnishings!
• The Long Beach Motor Inn facilities are for use of registered guests only. Friends or family of guests visiting must sign in at the office.
• There is a $ 25.00 per person charge imposed for the use of our facilities. No visitors may stay beyond 6:00PM.
• Each unit is assigned 1 parking space. An extra parking space is $20.00 per day.
• Beach Parking $20.00 per day, available to check-outs only.
• Unauthorized cars will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
• Check in time is 3:00 PM
• Check out time is 10:00 AM
• We will hold all reservations until 5:00 PM unless otherwise notified.
• Daily maid service begins at 9:30 AM. Guests are requested to close/turn off all electronic appliances before leaving your room.
• Beach & pool towels are not provided.
• Gift Certificates are available at the LBMI office, and by advance registration.
